1. How can I see a bigger image of the ecard so that I can read the writing on the ecard?  You can click on the Amazn Ecards icon to return to the home page and scroll to the bottom of the page to view the BLOG section. The Blog will contain the multiple categories of the ecards. You can select a particular category that will display the enlarged version of the ecards.  For a bigger version, you can select the specific ecard in that category. Once you click on the ecard, the ecard will open and enlarge so that you are able to read the writing on the ecard.

 

2. Will the watermarked images be displayed on the final product? No, once you purchase the product the watermarked images will be removed.  Only the name of the company and Illustrator will be displayed upon purchase.

 

3.Can I get a refund if I make a mistake and select the wrong ecard?  We apologize but since the product is immediately downloaded and shared upon purchase, we will not be able to provide refunds.

 

4.  I purchased an ecard, but did not receive an email with the product. The downloadable image is located on your Purchase Confirmation Page.

 

5. How can I view a product or specific type  of greeting card? Visit the product store. If you  click on any greeting card, the Category List of greeting cards will populate on the right side of the menu with the various themes. If you click on a theme, the various ecards pertaining to that them will populate on the screen and following screens.

 

6. How do I purchase an ecard greeting card? Double click on any greeting card you are interested in purchasing and click on the Checkout button below the card .
